This page contains documents that can be used to promote the conference.
You can use these documents yourself to invite friends, lawyers, doctors, politicians, etc.

Languages
Most documents are available in the following languages:

• English
• Francais (French)
• Deutsch (German)
• Nederlands (Dutch)
• česky (Czech)

Types
The documents are provided in the following types:

• PDF, document extension: .pdf
• ODF, document extension: .odt
• HTML, document extension: .htm or .html

PDF documents can be viewed with any PDF reader/viewer.
ODF documents can be edited with LibreOffice Writer (preference) or OpenOffice Writer. You can get this free open-source office software here http://www.libreoffice.org.
HTML documents can be edited with any (UTF-8) text editor, and viewed with any browser.

Usage
The documents can be used in the following ways:

• PDF: attach to emails, and/or, print and add to your letters
• ODF, edit, add address, etc. attach to emails, and/or print and add to your letters
• HTML: copy/paste into your email program and send as HTML mail

In most cases there is no need to edit anything. Simply attach the PDF documents to your email or letters.

One step further is using the HTML documents to paste into your email client. Most email cients have an option to insert HTML. Open the HTML document in your browser, select 'View source', select all, copy all, and paste this into your mail client's 'Insert HTML' field.

When using e.g. LibreOffice Writer you can type the address yourself or use the mailmerge function to print the letter to a range of addresses.
