• Can I participate without registration?
  
  No, conference registration is required.
• What is the conference registration deadline?
  
  There is no deadline. Registration will be closed when we are fully booked.
• How do I pay for preregistration?
  
  You cannot pay for preregistration. When selected we will send you a confirmation message by email with payment instructions.

Conference

• What about conference languages and interpreting?
  
  The conference is without interpreting, the working language is English.
• Is there a parking area near the conference location?
  
  There is an indoor parking with very limited capacity behind the Bedfort Hotel. The height of your car should be 1.6 meters maximum. Enter a your own risk.
• Will the conference also take place in the evening?
  
  Yes, see Programme.
• Is the conference also organizing a dinner?
  
  No. You can have a dinner at the Bedford Hotel or any other location.

Hotels

• What about my hotel room booking?
  
  Each participant is responsible for her/his hotel booking.
• Do you have discounts for hotels?
  
  We have a discount for a limited number of rooms at the Bedford hotel.
